All club members and family are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting on Monday 27th June on Zoom commencing at 7.00pm.
Please confirm if you will be attending the virtual meeting by completing the form at this link:
The agenda for the meeting is below.
In addition to the usual matters at our AGM we are seeking approval from the membership to approve switching to charitable status (a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (“SCIO”)), adopt the new constitution (as attached) and transfer the assets of our club to Corstorphine Athletic Club (SC051512) and then wind-up this club. The club’s existing constitution is here and if you wish to make your own resolutions please contact the club secretary at secretary@caac.org.uk. Our membership would move across to the new organisation and the training, coaching and experience of the club would continue unchanged.
Depending on the SCIO outcome we will be electing trustees, or we will be electing the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Committee Members and Club Captain.
