Help at the Corstorphine Fair

CAAC Needs You!!!!..... to support the Corstorphine Fair
On the 2nd of June CAAC will again be involved the Corstorphine Fair to try and help raise fund for the club. We are looking for seniors who are able to give and hour or 2 to support the club by staffing the stand at the fair.
What's involved?
- Help sell the toys that will be on show at the stall
- Promote the club and entries to the CAAC 5 race
- Be cheery and friendly

Is it just toys you'll be selling this year, or books too? (just asking cos I've got a boxful at home...)

We are selling toys, games, books, general brick-a-brack. We are also having a Tombola and if you don't have any toys etc to donate I would ask that all club members donate a bottle or can for the Tombola. You don't have to spend lots of money buying prizes and should EVERYONE donate at least one thing for the Tombola it will help to attract people to our stall which in turn could make the club more money.

I don't mind helping out....ideally the middle time slot as Callum's band are playing in the afternoon and I'd like to watch them (and you all should too if you can) :)

Ok folks final rota for Saturday's Corstorphine Fair (St Margaret's Park) is below, thanks for all your help.
BC, Pilky and Grant on set up
10-12 Fiona, Rachel, Grant (BC and Pilky will be floating around til 11)
12-2pm Megan and Chris P
2-4pm Bob, Shaun and Dave H (from 2.30pm)
Tim is Marshaling but will be at the stall from 3pm and to help with the clear up
Dave could you take the float at the end of the day
Tim if you could take the tent etc
