| Lovely warm day, bit warm in last couple km's! Enjoyed this race, started in Warwick Castle and finished in Kenilworth. Wanted to run under 43 minutes, so happy with that. Hope to bring 10k times down over the summer. | ||

sounds like a good race, and a good result for yourself. Doesn't look like you have any of London marathon left in your legs as your times are great!
