Kilomathon Volunteers

Hi All,

I've been contacted by the Kilomathon to see if anyone from our club would be interested in Volunteering in this years Kilomathon on April 17th. Each volunteer can earn £15 which is donated to CAAC. They are looking also looking for a sector Leader. We could assign a whole CAAC crew to the sector if there is enough interest.

2011 CAAC AGM & Awards

Evening went without a hitch, many thanks to Carrick Knowe Church for hosting us. This proved to be a fine venue. The Chair, Bryan Clark offered an in depth report which thoroughly highlighted a successful year. Thanks also to the Sheena and Marie for organising a fine buffet - always a sure fire winner with hungry athletes!

What is THE CAAC PAPS

2011 will see the introduction of a duo of hill races to add to the already well established end of year Down'N'Up. The addition of which creates a Hill Race Series of 3 called The CAAC PAPS.

RACE #1 : Come in North Merchiston.

National Road Relays

With the snows a distant memory and the caked mud hardening on your spikes attentions now turn to the roads. Chris and Grant stole a march on the rest of us getting in an early marathon, and Grant followed that up with a PB at the Cupar 5 today so the rest of us have some catching up to do!
