Kings Buildings 5 Mile Road Race

On the 120th year of EUH&H, the KB5 provided another cracking spectacle. With Kip and Grant sharpening up for Inverness, Mozza stepping back into the fold and Dave and Ken also pulling on the colours. Its a challenging 5 mile circuit and thanks to BC driving we managed to get around the course and offer encouragement at a few spots.

Two out of three ain't bad

After the cold weather last week, Spring arrived this morning for the 5K parkrun which attracted a near record field of 205 runners.  Ian had a storming run and smashed his previous best with Jo grabbing a pb and 2nd women.  I just continued
my slow improvement!

Final Borders race of the Series

CAAC had a great day out at the final race of the borders XC series in Peebles this afternoon.  Course was very muddy and it threatened to sleet down, but a large caac presence pushed on to glory undetered.

First up was the Juniors, Alex Wilkie , Rory Henderson and Kenny Wilkie showing their stuff in the mud with some fine runs.
