Sunday Run

| Rewarding Sunday run with Mike A. Or as noted on FB, a run with the dot in the distance. Old favourite route up Colinton Dell and then back down via Riccarton to the canal and home. First 6 miles were not particularly enjoyable, wind in our faces all the way and unable to get a good rhythm going. Picked up the pace after the turn but still couldn't catch Mike who was maintaining a good pace. | ||
