I found it amusing that we (an "amateur" crew) had video footage up on our website within 24 hours of a SAL event...yet they (the "professionals") only ever update their website on a Monday, during working hours, after an event

I also love how the Communications Manager communicates :
A) doesnt have a name
and
B) hasnt managed to update the website 'we have to check', with such either.
..ok thats enough, wasting my breath with that lot ;]
