That looks like an old timetable. Inter district women are on at 9.55. The international races (two men's and one women's) are on between 13.00 and 14.30 and then our men (a third of the East team no less) are on at 14.30. Everything else is much the same.

Cheers have amended the original post to reflect these. Anyone would think Nova International/Great Run.. could possibly muster an accurate timetable on their website given the thousands they are earning from the day ;]

Unfortunately Matthew & Christopher Galloway can't make it this year which may impact on when people want to pitch up to show their support.

What a testament to the growing strength of CAAC. Andrew Christy was also selected (although would have run for his uni anyway) but is away and can't compete.
