Merry Christmas to everyone in CAAC

Keith, Grant and I had our christmas jaunt around the grounds of Mary Erskines this morning ( about 40 mins ). A good workout and deserves a second helping of pudding later.

Hope to see a number of my group on Tuesday at 19.00 hrs at the ice rink for a hard training session to burn off some of those excess calories.
