CAAC arethe Meadows 3*1 Miles champs after a great performance from SOB, Keith and Pilky.

We had 4 teams out, including the mysterious  Springvalley Harriers !!!!!.  Great conditions, first time I've every run a mile flat out, I think I'll stick to half marathons !!!!!

Great runs from all team

Day1 Day4

Meadows review by ChrisP @ http://caac.org.uk/node/1002175#com... too!

Apologies BC - you should have been in CAAC 1 instead of me last night - you were the second fastest from CAAC. It would also have been a sub-14 minute for the team. It was great fun though - it had been a while since I'd nearly collided with a cyclist in the Meadows!

Apology not accepted. In Road Manager Tom Ferrington's absence I made the call on the teams, BC proved me wrong so ill in turn congratulate him and consider him for selection next year ;]. You ran well Keith and well deserving of the medal that we all coveted. We'll maybe get both teams in the medals next year.
